Adds a check mechanism for the `?update` command and the autoupdate task to ensure the bot has been installed via git before trying to update it.

Hm hope this is still fine, need to take a look how to combine commits that fixes sth to the main one. Sth like rebasing what taku mentioned or similar. But this should work |
