Documentation for subscriptions does not match 2026-07-28 specification

Describe the bug
https://modelcontextprotocol.io/specification/2026-07-28/basic/patterns/subscriptions
still describes subscription and mentiones SSE and "the server sends" which is deprecated (especially for streaming HTTP)
Confirmed by MPC spec page agent as a bug.: as follows:
" Describes server-initiated notifications, which is not possible in Streamable HTTP transport"
