Outdated gradle version for fabric loom 1.16

According to someone on the discord fabric loom 1.16 requires gradle >= 9.4, which is currently 9.2.
I made a new project with roughly the default settings and this indeed errors.
Basically #34 but now for 26.1.2 / loom 1.16
