How to reproduce
1 Enter this version of VSCode
2 Install the extensions: Python, Pylance, Python Debugger, Python Environments, Jupyter, Jupyter Cell Tags, Jupyter Keymap, Jupyter Notebook Renderers, Jupyter Slide Show and GitHub Copilot Chat and update them.
3 Log in in the extension (requires a GitHub account with a GitHub Copilot license).
4 Update VSCode to the latest version.
5 Try to search anything in the top text input at the Ctrl+Shift+F menu. It will tell you "A system error occurred (spawn UNKNOWN)"
6 Try to use the extension. It will say "Chat failed to load because the installed version of the Copilot Chat is not compatible with this version of Visual Studio Code. Please ensure that the Copilot Chat extension is up to date."
7 go to the GitHub copilot extension menu. It will say "This extension is using the API proposal 'chatParticipantPrivate' that is not compatible with the current version of VS Code." with no Update Extension button on sight.
Please include following log F1 > Open View... > Shared below.
