Environment Manager -> Set as Project Environment should pre-select the environments it's already used in #489

This environment is used in 3 of the 4 projects, so I expected those to be pre-checked when I open the picker. If I deselect one of them I'd probably expect that that reverts to the system environment (same as Reset to DEfault)
