(Note this also happens with the release version)

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Login to a github account
  2. Add Github Pull Request extension
  3. Note that github pull requests will work, and will show pull requests for the repository, issues for the repository, and notifications for the account.
  4. Add a second Github account
  5. Choose that account with "Manage Extension Account Preferences" for the current workspace.
  6. Restart VS code just to make sure that nothing is lingering.
  7. Note that pull requests now shows nothing and you can't create a new one
  8. Issues shows nothing.
  9. Notifications shows notifications from the first account, not the second one that was selected.

This is a major breaker for all consultants and people that have a personal and a corporate github account.
