Suggested changes look weird on GitHub, when created by the extension

• OS: Debian testing
• Repository Clone Configuration (single repository/fork of an upstream repository): single repository
• GitHub Product (GitHub.com/GitHub Enterprise version x.x.x): Enterprise (version unknown, managed by our org admins)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Select the lines you want to comment on.
2. Add a suggestion.
3. Delete the first line from the suggestion.
4. Check how it looks on GitHub in the browser (weird -- completely unrelated content) versus in the extension (good).
