Support dynamic width and word wrap on Category Labels

Using version 3.0.12.0, Category Label formatting options seem to be limited to text size and color, and a fixed width of the area reserved for showing the Category Labels.

Any overflow is clipped with ellipsis. To read the full text, user has to hover over the partial label to get the full text in tooltip.
I would like the following enhancements:

1. Dynamic width. The report user has access to a width handle so he can resize the width of the category labels section at run time as they see fit.
2. A format choice between clipping the label text or word-wrapping it. Additional text would wrap to a new line.
   ( I think for visual appeal, the height between gridlines should increase but the gantt bar(s) shown, should not. )
