Custom Tooltips

I have noticed in the latest version 2.0 you cannot use custom tooltips. Is this being worked on or something that could be added rather quickly?

@MGlennWM you can do it the same way as in Gantt if you want - add Tooltip field in capabilities and then use powerbi-utils-tooltiputils to create and render your tooltips. Feel free to fork and modify the source code for your needs
