Add support for deviceauthentication flow

we want to have an option for authentication with deviceauthentication..

connect-microsoftteams -UseDeviceAuthentication
connect-mggraph -UseDeviceAuthentication
connect-exchangeonline -Device

Usecase:
Using this in combination with Microsoft365DSC
--> Export-M365DSCConfiguration -UseDeviceAuthentication
