[IT Localization] Deletion of Sales Headers with Posting No. assigned

Why do you need this change?

In the italian version it is not possible to delete an open sales document when there is a posting no. allocated. The normal behaviour of BC W1 allows to delete the document and creates an posted document to preserve the integrity of the number series.
As we need this functionality als in the italian version we request the event to disable this check and use the w1 functionality.

i am glad to provide you this information

- Alternatives Evaluated: There is no alternative possible as this check is the first code in the ondelete trigger.

- Justification for IsHandled: Making the "Posting No." empty in the OnBeforeDelete trigger is no option, as the functionality of the W1 version which is executed when the "Posting No." is filled will be not executed but is mandatory and needed to preserve the no. series integrity.

- Performance Considerations: This event is only executed on manual deletion of an sales header, which is not very frequent and will not have an big impact

- Data Sensitivity Review: There will be no sensitive date exposed

- Multi-Extension Interaction: As this is only in the italian version and would be a dedicated use case on customers decision a multi extension interaction is highly unlikely

Add a new integration event OnDeleteOnBeforeCheckPostingNo in the OnDelete trigger of Table 36 "Sales Header" (IT layer) before the posting number check that blocks deletion.
