Mermaid drawings are broken in the Monarch Doc

After merging the Actor.md PR (This PR), I realized that all Mermaid drawings are failed to be shown on the Doc page:

https://meta-pytorch.org/monarch/actors.html

In fact, it works in the code or MD browser but not on the Doc side:

Also, the url which is pointing to HyperActor reference is not pointing to the write place (while it worked fine from the local side).

These two needs fixes and I will fix them asap.
