No serial on repeater firmware for Heltec Wireless Paper

Heltec Wireless Paper v1.2 has no serial connection under the latest repeater firmware

On latest version (1.11.0), it isn't possible to connect to serial interface for configuration, making it impossible to configure it using the online USB setup tool. Only workaround is to use an older version (1.9.1) to configure the device. Even updating after configuration, the device seems to be misbehaving, as the LED that usually lights up during adverts is instead always on with a very faint brightness. There's something wrong with the firmware version for this heltec device.

Voltage telemetry is also wrong, showing 2.44v while connected to a standard USB charger.

Yes seems like it, and there's already a workaround. Hopefully it will be included in the next version.
