AxisLabel example implementation

Hi,
the docu talks about displaying the max and min value labels with the AxisLabel component passed into Top/BottomAxisLabel props, but no AxisLabel component is being exported from the package, nor is it clear how it should be implemented?

Does somebody has a working example?

Implemented in #137.

The README now explains that AxisLabel is not exported by the package: TopAxisLabel and BottomAxisLabel are zero-argument callbacks that render app-owned React Native elements. The previous undefined component example is replaced with a complete Text implementation that derives and displays the maximum and minimum values.

Prettier, Jest, TypeScript, ESLint, package build, and Expo web export verification all pass.
