From 5fa02d37c9a88a2bb675a977f439f1c619d44916 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Mark Pitman Date: Tue, 13 Oct 2026 21:44:49 -0700 Subject: [PATCH] Add license and homepage to packages and ship LICENSE in archives Set the nfpm section to utils (custom is not a Debian section), and add the MIT license and the homepage to the deb and rpm metadata. Include LICENSE and README.md in every archive. The snap changes from the issue are not part of this commit: replacing the unity7 plug, moving off core22 and removing the HOME override change how the snap opens the browser, and cannot be checked without a snapcraft build.
