Source changes implement ADR-117. Full Release solution build passed with zero warnings and zero errors. Canonical dotnet format verification, actionlint for both workflows, composite-action YAML syntax, Node syntax and repository governance passed.

Local runtime tests, benchmark measurements and infrastructure startup were not executed after the owner's explicit no-run direction. Runtime qualification remains pending. These static development checks do not establish Linux RF3, recovery, durability or performance qualification. CI retains every original required suite and artifact gate, native TUnit Detailed output, and a separate Benchmarks pipeline.
REQ/AC-TUNIT-ENTRY-001..003 and TASK-TUNIT-ENTRY-001..004 remain linked through ADR-117 and NativeTUnitEntry. New selection and report-retention regressions compile but were not run locally.
