Feature Request: Add the ability to install Flatpaks on a second drive.

You should add the ability to download flatpaks to a second drive using the --installation flag when downloading. It could potentially ask which drive you would like to install to when you press install similar to steam.

I still think this issue deserves attention as I also mentioned in #270 . I think it is a useful feature to let the user choose where to install flatpaks to, since they do offer this flexibility in comparison to APT packages, especially when thinking about the sometimes much bigger size of flatpak packages.
