[Linux Mint 20.1 Xfce] Broken FluidSynth version?

I was trying to play Doom (1993) using the famous port GZDoom, however I ran into an issue. I reported it to the GZDoom developers and they say it has to do with a broken FluidSynth version, and that it depends on you to update it accordingly.

I would appreciate if you can check this out, please.
