Auto sync time not updating correctly #13874

Description

@zolitacs

System clock shows incorrect time (2 hours ahead) despite Auto sync time being enabled

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS |

Distribution: Deepin v25.2.1
Kernel:6.6.143

Deepin OS (Debian-based)
Correct timezone set (e.g. Europe/Belgrade or Europe/Budapest, UTC+01:00 base / CEST)
Auto sync time enabled
NTP server set to 0.debian.pool.ntp.org

STEPS TO REPRODUCE |

Set the correct timezone (e.g. Europe/Belgrade)
Enable Auto sync time
Wait for automatic time sync
Observe that the system clock shows 2 hours ahead of the actual local time

OBSERVED RESULT |

The clock displays a time that is 2 hours ahead of the real local time, even though the timezone and NTP settings are correct. The automatic sync does not seem to trigger properly.

EXPECTED RESULT |

The system time should automatically sync to the correct local time without manual intervention.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION |

Workaround: Disabling and re-enabling the "Auto sync time" toggle in Date & Time settings immediately corrects the time. This indicates that the automatic sync process is not triggering on its own after boot or during normal operation, and requires a manual toggle to function properly.
