flashrom patch for kpge-d16 missing: internal flashing probably broken

flashrom kgpe-d16 patch was in tree, but for an older commit of flashrom and was not applied under master. Deleted but needs to be remade and upstreamed this time. Heads is not meant to apply patches forever and may be used for upstreamed patch placeholder at worst.

internal flash works on kgpe-d16 since #1755 another issue might have been created see #1395 (comment) waiting for someone else to confirm before creating a new issue about it
