Sure, please go ahead. When you do, please ensure that all bitcoind RPC related unit tests of LDK Node pass against your branch, i.e., you might need to open a draft upgrade PR for LDK Node side-by-side, as there we also reuse some of the lightning-block-sync APIs that rely on the internal HTTP client types currently.
