Feature Request: Side scrolling in Waveform

Hello,

I noticed that scroll horizontal on the audio waveform is not isolated from scroll vertical which makes scrolling through the waveform once zoomed in difficult (unless you click and drag). If I can figure that out would you be open to a PR for that change?

Wanted to give you kudos for an excellent project, truly just what I needed to get up and running with my Morphagene today 😍
