Windows DLL available to download

I am pleased to announce that this extension is now compiled for Windows by the PHP Extension Repository site.

Have these releases been tested recently, or is there perhaps some additional configuration that's needed for Windows? I've downloaded the .dll (named appropriately, in the expected ext folder/confirmed file paths, correct thread safety/architecture, etc.) and I still cannot get it to load.

Do you have set the extension_dir property in the php.ini file to value ext?

Does not load for me either (same as https://pecl.php.net/package/zstd).
No error. Just silently not loading.

Have you try the DLL from PHP Extension Repository?
