Currently, the only Microsoft Fabric exam that you need knowledge about database projects for is the 'Microsoft Certified: Microsoft Fabric Data Engineering Associate' certification.
You do not need knowledge about SQL database in Fabric for this certification. However, you do need to be aware about mirrored databases.
You must pass the DP-700 exam in order to gain this certification. Which is currently in beta.
