🐛 生成中 继续输入排队后发送功能异常

web端当前任务执行中时生成中时添加文字和任务没有进入列队，当前任务结束时新输入的内容没有被发送而是直接消失，如果真的有消息列队应该显示待发送且在页面输入框上方展示，命令行窗口中也一样发了=没发，不修的话vibe coding灵感容易清零

Man, I ran into that same garbage where the input just vanishes mid-gen. Turns out the task buffer was dropping packets during the async state change.
