Grabbing and moving the scroll bar still not functional after editing settings on the newest update

V3.8.1 fixed the scroll wheel working with the scroll bar issue that was previously present, but the bar still does not function entirely correctly.

After interacting with a button on a config, the scroll wheel on the mouse works as expected, but grabbing the bar with left click does not.

I mistakenly reported this issue on structurify's page, I see I'm not the only one with this problem. Would very much appreciate a fix!
