Auto-generated comment links to the wrong offset on the CI log #9
Description
The generated comments on yk_util now contain links with wrong offsets. This was caused after the merge of yaito3014/yk_util#63, which added a new CI step called "Initialize Ubuntu". cpp-warning-notifier should not be affected by any downstream changes.
