INVALID STRING RETURNED

Hello Adam, recently this IpGeolocation Library is returning invalid string data to our applications. Here is an example. It is adding quote inside of the city name. "city", "Khmel'nyts'kyy" . Can you provide a fix for it?

Do you get the extra quotes also when checking the IP on our website?
