Core dumps when compiling decomposed production #969

Encountered with a customer organization, and possibly related to invalid Studio Document mappings left over from a HealthConnect upgrade.
To replicate,

Configure the namespace for Embedded Git and enable production decomposition. Create a new production and add an item. Open the production class in VS Code and compile it. See something like this in the messages.log:
