vaPutSurface failed in mpeg2vldemo

GPU: Arc 770 and Raptorlake_s
Issue : successfully make and run
/mpeg2vldemo --display x11

Also I compile the media-driver locally ,and found the issue occur at the draw pointer. The Assert get the draw pointer as nil.
