useForm field error prop, accessibility concerns

Thanks to @adriaanwm for bringing this up.

1. Should we default to title for the error prop?
2. If we are setting title on a field, should we mention the field name so it's descriptive for screenreaders?
3. Are we better off using a non-html attribute name by default (ie. error)
