allow passing a query via URL

It would be great to be able to pass the initial SQL query in the query string the same way we can already pass the database URL in the url parameter.

OK, I forked the project and added a "sql" parameter. I turned it and the "url" query parameters into urlhash parameters so they don't appear in the server logs.
I also added and improved the dark mode and removed the google analytics tracking.

It's all in my fork.

@yuraj11 Let me know if you're interested in these changes and I can do a pull request.

• replaced XMLHttpRequest with fetch API

• and fixed a XSS from table names in sqlite files.
