Review HTP report on HPO/MONDO annotations

Members of HTP-LAN have reviewed the manual annotations I did for HTP (here) and written up a report here.

• Review report and incorporate suggestions for HTP (@lopierra)
• Update annotations for other studies with same conditions (@lopierra)
• Hold off on actually re-harmonizing Conditions data until we have a database
• also check MONDO/HPO annotations in CDEs (MCD sheet) to see if any of the HTP-LAN suggestions apply
