MAS Update fails at update-kafka task

What happened?

Last week I pulled the latest CLI image and updated a mas 9.0 instance with no issue. Today I again pulled the latest CLI image, but this time the mas update pipeline failed twice at the same task when trying to update Kafka. I then switched back to a older CLI version (15.12.0) and the mas update pipeline completed with no issues.
