Child of #479. lol/ (342 files, 8.5MB, own Containerfile/Justfile/manifests) is a 1500+ language corpus crawler — a product listed in the registry as a "protocol". It also carries the 6 information-theory postulates PROOF-NEEDS.md tracks, i.e. live research code with proof debt, none of which belongs in the canon.
→ hyperpolymath/lol (or the owner's preferred name). Subtree-split for history; registry entry flips LOCAL → EXTERNAL pointer (or is dropped if it was never a spec); regen + --check in the same PR; SPDX untouched. If any prose in lol/ is genuinely normative (corpus format spec?), extract just that into a slim spec home first — decide at PR time.
