STA Things and Locations not including tags and file attachments

Steps to Reproduce

Fetch Things/Locations from HydroServer SensorThings API.

Expected Behavior

Tags and file attachments should be included in properties field.

Actual Behavior

SensorThings API throws an error when trying to select tags or file attachments for Things/Locations.
