official pretrained weights generates noisy faces from torch generator

I need some help, please...

loading official weights in torch generator after running 'convert.py' file generates noisy faces like the above attached face.
sometimes it generates the noisy version of the face generated from official weights or another noisy face

here's the code that converts the model then tests it
