Overture Maps and OSM both make a distinction between clinics (small to medium-sized medical facilities) and hospitals (large medical facilities offering in-patient services). It could be helpful to split the OpenPOIs "Clinic" shared label into "Clinic" and "Hospital".
However, further investigation is needed to determine whether these labels are consistently applied, and whether they would match a layperson's understanding of the clinic/hospital distinction.
