Database Containers - Are they recognized?

I realize this is not an actual issue but before I do a MASSIVE refactor I would like to at least ask the question. My issue is that some of my Foxpro tables have extended field names. Those field names are defined in the DBC file but not possible in the DBF. Does your reader recognize the DBC for those extended names?

I see you are still actively working on this. Would you be interested in a collaboration to try and include the dbc?

Turns out a DBC is just a DBF. I had an error opening the DBC in the MemoEncoder.cs.findMemo function memData was null so I added

if (memData == null)
return = "0";

This resolved the issue. I am currently working on parsing out the data from the DBC. My question is do you have any suggestions on handling the data? As I said in my original post I have fields that are longer then 10 characters. All DBF files and related fields are in the DBC in the same order as the DBF. Can I replace the "shorter" name from the DBF with the longer name from the DBC or add the longer name to the DbfField.cs?
