settings for Auto Check If Synced #77

It would be great to be able to set the interval of when the sync check happens.
Whenever I have the option enabled for one reason or another it ends up piling up notifications in the background, so maybe being able to set it so it checks every hour or something would be useful.
An extra step to this would be adding a setting for it to periodically check the remote repo in the background and only displaying a message when it determines that the remote has changed (Useful to avoid conflicts when collaborating with others).
