How to change Nomad address

I'm trying to figure how to change the address Nomad talks to:

just pass an environment variable NOMAD_ADDR, you can see all the variable the client need in nomad/api/defaults.rb

RIght @ashemesh I was hoping to be able to do that without passing an env variable.
