hackseqRNA: COVID-19 Ultra-hackathon (May 22 - 24, 2020) is a co-operative hackathon. You propose the research-oriented RNA/COVID-19 projects, recruit a team of interdisciplinary scientists and catalyze your idea into a reality.
This year we're collaborating with the 25th RNA Society Meeting to bring world-class RNA biologists and bioinformaticians to our most exciting hackathon yet in two phases:
Open Phase (Today - May 22nd, 2020): Projects are open for collaboration immediately. Join today and contribute immediately. Locked out biologist? We'll help you learn bioinformatics while you make real contributions to research.
hackathon (May 22 - 24, 2020) will take place 100% remotely to catalyze high risk, high reward projects into meaningful results in the fight against this pandemic.
We are actively looking for Project Proposals, trainee-led teams encouraged. Participant applications are open now!
