Prefetch events list & attendees

currently this only fetches the events list after I click the "projects" dropdown which leads to a weird experience

I think it's better to fetch the events when they're needed instead of doing it in the load function. This reduces loading times and only makes a request to Airtable when it's actually needed. Alternatively, events could be loaded once StartWizard is on the project creation page.
