Add p2p version of site

could be an updatable torrent:

* wget site, make torrent, seed it
* put magnet link in a file or dns txt record
* have polling script (or flexget?) detect the new magnet link, move files, and try using them in new seed

ipfs is probably fine too, but i haven't used it
