Subject: [PATCH] Fix offsets in short codes example table

Fix incorrect offset values in the short codes example table.

The last row had `0.620` duplicated from the previous row, causing the remaining values to be shifted by one column.

The corrected values are:

- Latitude offset: `8.565`
- Longitude offset: `17.590`
- Twice max offset: `35.180`
