Hot reload is not working (ADK bug)

Due to an ADK bug, hot reloading does not currently work: if editing an agent, you will have to restart the playground or run server in order for changes to appear.

Fixed in the next release. (Or, you can run uv lock --upgrade in your agent project directory to get the ADK package with the fix)
