Future times in same day being disregarded / email sent at next trigger #171

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. set time to be sent to be one hour in the future ie @1am
2. set correct label and leave email in draft
3. email is sent within 5 minutes (next trigger interval)
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Email should not send until time given
What version of the product are you using?
