Description
It would be useful to package consumers if there was a changelog summarizing what changes were made in the release. That way if I'm reviewing a proposed update like this one, I could easily see the implications of performing said update.

Alternative: Manually go through commits to see what changes have been made. This would be more difficult and slower to parse through.
