Remove support for SD quality

I don't think SD quality support is needed anymore.
People using the SRG SSR related plugins on TVs have unlimited plans, I don't think people use these plugins on Android phones with limited plans, because using the website directly or the official apps deliver a much better experience.
So we could get rid of that feature to simplify the code base.
