Repo Assist: suggest removing phrases at the bottom of each agent comment

There is a already mention at the top of the comment that it was generated by Repo Assist, the phrasing at the bottom of each comment seems a bit too much to my taste. Or at least remove the instructions on how to install it as they are easily obtainable.
